This Privacy Policy describes how RECORTA ("RECORTA", "we") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of users who visit our website or contact us to learn about our team building experiences and manual activities.

- Contact/interest form data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, and company, provided when you request information about our team building experiences.

- Data provided in conversations: information you share when chatting with us via WhatsApp after submitting the form.

- WhatsApp/Meta: the contact form forwards your data to our customer service via WhatsApp Business, which is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Technology providers: companies that host the site, send emails, or provide traffic analysis tools (e.g., hosting, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, when activated — see section 5).
- Public authorities: when required by law, court order, or request from a competent authority.
International transfer: Some of the technology providers and services we use (such as hosting servers and Meta/WhatsApp platforms) may store data on servers located outside of Brazil. In these cases, we guarantee that these companies adopt adequate security standards compatible with Brazilian data protection legislation (LGPD).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
